💜 Workshop Overview: Make Your Own Worry Monster

During this enjoyable three-hour workshop, participants will design, sew and stuff their very own fabric worry monster using a sewing machine and a selection of colourful fabrics.

With step-by-step guidance from our experienced tutors, participants will learn how to cut fabric, sew simple shapes together, safely stuff their monster and add facial features and a pocket for storing written worries or positive notes.

Each participant will:

• Learn how to safely use a sewing machine.
• Sew and assemble their own worry monster.
• Add facial features and personalise their design.
• Create a pocket to hold written worries or positive messages.
• Build confidence using sewing equipment.
• Take home a completed handmade worry monster.

Every worry monster will be completely unique, allowing participants to express their own creativity while developing valuable sewing skills.

This workshop encourages creativity, builds confidence and promotes positive wellbeing in a relaxed and supportive environment.
