🌞 FREE Summer Children’s Workshops in Doncaster
Thanks to funding from Doncaster Council’s Universal Activities Grant, Sew Mindful Crafts is delighted to offer up to 150 FREE places on our exciting programme of creative summer holiday workshops for children and young people.
Our workshops are available for:
- 👧 Children aged 5–11 years
- 🧑 Young people aged 12–19 years (up to 25 years if SEND)
Running throughout July and August, our programme provides a fantastic opportunity for children and young people to develop new creative skills, build confidence, make friends and enjoy fun, hands-on activities during the school holidays.
🧵 Learn New Skills Through Creativity
Our FREE school holiday workshops offer a wide variety of creative sewing and craft activities designed for beginners and those with some experience.
Depending on the workshop chosen, participants can enjoy making projects such as:
- Tote Bags
- Patchwork Cushion Covers
- Phone Pillow Stands
- Worry Monsters
- Air Dry Clay Creations
- Button Art
- Button Bracelets
- Fabric Bunting
Many of our sewing workshops also introduce participants to safely using a sewing machine while developing practical life skills, creativity and confidence in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Whether attending a 2-hour or 3-hour workshop, every participant will leave with something they have proudly created themselves.
