Easter Short Breaks SEND Workshop Age 5 – 18 Make A Worry Monster Tuesday 1st April 2pm – 4pm

We are now registered Short Break providers for children’s activities, Sewing and crafting workshops for SEND children 5 – 18

We also have onsite disable toilet, onsite sensory room, air conditioned workshop area. 

To qualify for our free workshops your child must either TIE registered with Doncaster councils Short Breaks or your child must be on the spectrum, either receiving support or in the process of being diagnosed, ( examples: autism, aspergers, ADHD etc ) We do not require evidence of this but by booking onto this workshop you are confirming that your child is eligible for this free service.

PLEASE ONLY BOOK SPACES FOR THE CHILDREN ATTANDING DO NOT INCLUDE PARENTS OR CAREERS.

IMPORTANT : Limited spaces are available so please only book if you can attend this workshop.

We do not have the resources for children requiring specialist medical care or one to one assistance, we welcome parents and carers to attend workshops if a child requires this support. Please call or email us if you have any concerns or questions.

Workshop description: On this workshop you will be shown how to use safely us a sewing machine, you will then be given all the materials to make your very own worry monster, don’t panic you will be guided every step of the way, our workshops are designed to be fun while offering the opportunity to try out and learn new skills. Our tutors are very friendly and all staff are DBS checked and a first aider and DSL is always at hand on every workshop.

Free car parking : We have a large car park to the rear of our building, or you can park straight over the road at Home Bargains. The adjoining store (Sewcute Fabrics) and workshop area has wheelchair access.
