Make Miniature Clothing For Your Memory Bear
If you have made one of our memory bears in the past then this is the ideal workshop to make your bear a change of clothing, this workshop will be making a shirt, trousers and dressing gown.
Do you have treasured clothing just stored away? Whether it be your favourite child’s baby grow, school uniform or a passed loved ones clothing this can be made to fit your bear.
Workshop description: You will choose the best pieces from your items of clothing. We will show you how to cut out your pieces and adapt them to make a miniature shirt, trousers and dressing gown to fit your bear.
NOTE: depending on your abilities using a sewing machine and cutting out will determine what items you manage to finish on the workshop.
Included in workshop: The clothing templates to use, tutor, the use of sewing machines, cutting equipment, cutting matts, rotary cutters, rulers,
Not included in workshop: Fabric, thread.
Requirements: Clothing to make your items, matching thread.
This workshop is exceptional value for money and our tutor Nicky is amazing at creating the most fantastic bears. We’ve attached some pics so you can see some of her work
Time & Duration: 10am – 4pm approx. 6 hours (inc breaks)
Free tea & coffee is available all day
Skill Level : Basic knowledge of using a sewing machine.

Free car parking : We have a large car park to the rear of our building, or you can park straight over the road at Home Bargains. The adjoining store (Sewcute Fabrics) and workshop area has wheelchair access.
