Payment: Payment to be made in full at the time of booking in order to secure your place.
Payment can be made via PayPal, Credit or Debit Card, Klarna or bank transfer.
What if I am unable to attend my workshop? We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise at any time, Unfortunately all monies paid for our workshops is non-refundable or transferable, you must check the time and dates carefully and make sure that you can attend before booking a workshop. If you do find you are unable to attend one of our workshops, you may of course send someone in your place and they will be just as welcome. You must let us know in advance if this is the case.
If we have to cancel your workshop: We reserve the right to make any necessary alterations to workshop fees and dates at any time. If we have to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances , we will of course offer you a full refund or an alternative date. We endeavor to let you know as soon as possible should a teacher be unavailable or if there is a problem.
Do I need to bring any materials or equipment with me to a Class/Workshops. All the details and requirements are on the website in the description of each workshop. each person will be provided with a draw containing basic equipment ie scissors, un pickers, rotary cutters, rulers etc these are free to use whilst on your workshop.
if you wish to use your own equipment you are more than welcome to do so.
Machines: All sewing machines are provided by Sew Mindful Crafts CIC but of course if you would like to fetch your own this is fine by us as long as it has been recently pat tested.
Loyalty card sticker: if you are unable to attend a workshop or forget to ask for a sticker before you leave the premises you will forfeit your sticker, loyalty card rules are on our home page.
