This is a fantastic workshop that shows you many ways to use an Overlocker Machine. This is a great opportunity to see what things you can do with one. Don’t worry if you don’t own an Overlocker, the use of a new Brother 2104d machine is included in the price. So a great way to try before you buy if you are contemplating purchasing one.

Workshop description: On this workshop you will Learn how to thread and set up an overlocker, learn about stitch widths & lengths and also diverse feed. How to 4 thread sew, 3 thread sew, do rolled hems & gathering. All working with different types of fabrics and much more.  You will be surprised at what you can achieve with an overlocker. People who have attended this workshop in the past have really enjoyed it and it is one of our most popular workshops to date.

NOTE:  THIS WORKSHOP INCLUDES THE USE OF A NEW BROTHER OVERLOCKER THAT WE PROVIDE. THIS ELIMINATES ANY PROBLEMS THAT CAN OCCUR WHEN PEOPLE FETCH THEIR OWN FROM HOME AS THESE CAN SOMETIMES NOT WORK PROPERLY AND NEED ADJUSTING WHICH CAN CAUSE PROBLEMS AND DELAYS IN THE CLASS.

Time & Duration:  10am – 1pm    approx. 3 hours

Skill level:  Total beginner with no experience of using an overlocker machine, or people with very basic knowledge wanting to learn more on how to use this machine.

Included in Price: Refreshments, your tutor & use of a new overlocker and all fabrics to practice on.
