What to Expect from Our Meditation for Mental Wellbeing Workshop
Led by an experienced teacher who has been practicing and sharing meditation since 2010, this workshop guides you through simple techniques designed to strengthen your mind, ease anxiety, and improve clarity. You’ll learn how to observe your thoughts without judgment, and how to return to the present moment whenever life feels overwhelming.
Meditation doesn’t need to be complicated. In fact, one of the most relatable metaphors comes from monk and neuroscientist Matthieu Ricard:
