🌸 What You’ll Create in the Button Flower Posies Workshop
In this fun and relaxing 2-hour workshop, you’ll discover the joy of button art by creating your own unique button flower posies. Guided step-by-step by your tutor Christine, you’ll design and assemble beautiful button “blooms.” These are arranged in a decorative mini vase. These make wonderful gifts, table decorations, or cheerful accents to brighten your home.
✨ What You’ll Learn ✨
Discover the art of wirework and how to transform simple materials into eye-catching floral creations. You’ll learn:
How to safely cut, shape, and form wire with confidence.
The difference between wire gauges and how to use them effectively.
Techniques for designing and making delicate wire flowers, bead and button sprays, and single or double spirals to add unique character to your posy.
🌸 Your Creative Kit 🌸
Each participant will receive a specially prepared kit filled with buttons in a variety of colours, textures, and sizes. Using these, you’ll select your wire, craft your flowers and stems. Then, trim and bind them into a charming handmade posy—perfectly displayed in a glass posy jar.
By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with a beautiful, personalised arrangement and the skills to keep creating at home.
